Need to get legal fast? We file the same day.
An SR-22 is not an insurance policy. It is a certificate your insurer files with the State of Texas to prove you carry the required coverage. If the court or the DMV has asked you for one, the clock is already running, and the filing is the part most agencies are slow about. We are not.
Why drivers pick this cover
Need to get legal fast? We file the same day so you are moving again.
Filed the same day
Bind your policy in the morning and your certificate is usually with the state before the office closes.
We handle the state
You do not file an SR-22 yourself. We submit it for you and confirm when Texas has it on record.
Non-owner options
No car of your own? A non-owner SR-22 policy still satisfies the requirement so you can get your licence back.
What SR-22 Filing includes
Plain terms, no surprises at claim time. Here is exactly where this policy starts and stops.
Covered
- Electronic filing of the SR-22 certificate with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
- The underlying liability policy the certificate is attached to.
- Confirmation once the state has accepted the filing.
- Ongoing monitoring so a lapse never puts your licence back at risk.
Not covered
- Court fines, reinstatement fees or surcharges owed to the state.
- Removal of the underlying violation from your driving record.
Who it suits
- Drivers reinstating a licence after a DWI or a serious moving violation.
- Anyone caught driving without insurance who now has a filing requirement.
- Drivers who need a non-owner certificate because they do not currently own a vehicle.
Three steps to coverage
No waiting rooms, no repeat visits. Most drivers are covered before their coffee gets cold.

Questions drivers ask us
Real answers, no runaround, in English or español.
How long do I need to carry an SR-22 in Texas?
Two years is the usual requirement, counted from the date of the conviction rather than the date you file. Your court order or DPS notice will state your exact end date.
What happens if my policy lapses?
Your insurer must notify the state, and your licence can be suspended again. We watch renewal dates closely and will chase you before that happens.
Can I get an SR-22 without owning a car?
Yes. A non-owner policy covers you when driving vehicles you do not own and satisfies the state filing requirement.
Other cover we write
From state-minimum liability to full coverage, we build a policy that fits your car and your wallet.
