These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of autoinsurancetexasonline.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Auto Insurance Texas Online ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what we do

Auto Insurance Texas Online is a referral service. We help Texas drivers find licensed insurance professionals who can offer auto insurance quotes.

We are not an insurance company, agent or broker, and we do not sell, bind or issue insurance policies.
We do not give insurance, legal or financial advice. Any quote, coverage option or policy comes from a licensed agent or carrier, and their own terms apply.
We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that you will qualify for coverage, or that any price will be lower than what you pay today.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and be seeking auto insurance for a vehicle or driver in Texas. You confirm that the information you give us is about you, or that you have permission to give it on someone else's behalf.

3. Information you give us

You agree to give accurate and complete information. Quotes and eligibility depend on that information, and wrong details can change or void an offer later. By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your information with licensed insurance agents, agencies, carriers and other partners so they can contact you about auto insurance. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy below.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit false, misleading or another person's information without permission;
use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass anyone;
use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the Site, or try to interfere with its security or operation;
copy, resell or reuse the Site's content without our written permission.

5. Consent to calls, text messages and emails

By submitting a form on the Site, or by giving us your number or email address in any other way, you agree to the following:

You expressly consent to receive marketing and informational calls, text messages (SMS and MMS) and emails from Auto Insurance Texas Online and from the licensed insurance agents, agencies and carriers we connect you with. These messages may be about auto insurance quotes, savings, renewals, offers and related products.
Calls and texts may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, at the mobile or landline number you provided.
This consent applies even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call list.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing messages to buy insurance or to use the Site.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance.

6. Text message program terms

Program: Auto Insurance Texas Online Alerts, auto insurance offers and quote follow-ups from Auto Insurance Texas Online.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message, and no more texts after that.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you opt out by text, you may still receive calls or emails until you opt out of those too.

7. Email and call opt-out

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@autoinsurancetexasonline.com or call +1 833 387 0094 at any time to stop emails or calls. We will honor your request within 10 business days, and sooner where the law requires.

8. Third-party agents and carriers

Licensed agents, agencies and carriers are independent from us. They are responsible for their own quotes, advice, licensing, policies and communications, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once they contact you. We are not responsible for what they say or do. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will also tell the partners we shared your request with.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current. Any savings figures are examples, not guarantees.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Auto Insurance Texas Online, its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any agent's or carrier's quote, advice or policy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

11. Intellectual property and links

The Site's content, name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal use only. The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that venue.

13. Changes and contact
